We are well equipped to successfully meet and deliver orders of any scale with our production capacity of more than 1,00,000 Sq. Mt. per month. Plastics are a big market for our filters.
We also have a Bubble Point testing machine to test the CPF candle filters after manufacturing for an absolute micron rating
We have a full-fledged tool room and CNC machines , and a Press Shop to make diverse spin pack filters, screens and gaskets. Our state-of-the-art welding shop offers precision micro welding solutions for complex welding components.
Siriram Filteration and Engineering Company is one of the first wire mesh weaving companies in India to install a state-of-the-art CNC controlled Wire Mesh Weaving for ensuring 99% accuracy in mesh weaving.
Currently, we are manufacturing more than 4,50,000 pieces of Pack Filters and 5,00,000 pieces of Screens per month for the Polymer industry. The capacity of our power press ranges from 20 tonne to 200 tonne.
For machining accurate components which are used in manufacturing end connectors of Gaskets and adaptors for CPF Candle Filters, we have deployed full-fledged CNC machines at our modern manufacturing centre.
